Bianca is going to the park to put on a play with Penelope. She's going to play the part of the wizard- abracadabra! Oliver, Charlie, Penelope and Bianca are rehearsing when Violet walks up with rainbow bubbles. Suddenly, Penelope's play isn't the only thing to do ... and those rainbow bubbles just look so cool!
