Bianca is going to the park to put on a play with Penelope. She's going to play the part of the wizard- abracadabra! Oliver, Charlie, Penelope and Bianca are rehearsing when Violet walks up with rainbow bubbles. Suddenly, Penelope's play isn't the only thing to do ... and those rainbow bubbles just look so cool! One by one, the actors leave the play to go play bubbles, leaving just Bianca and Penelope to do the show alone. But even Bianca is tempted by the bubbles! Maybe she can do both?
